Our Terms and Conditions at QC Bathroom are listed below. Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to our terms of service at any given time. By placing an order on qcbathroom.com.au, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.

DISCOUNT CODES

Our discount codes have a lifespan of 3 months. If a purchase is not made within this timeframe, the code will automatically terminate and will no longer be usable. To use a discount code, customers must apply them at checkout. They are not redeemable as store credit or cash.

PRE-ORDERS

Items purchased with pre-ordered items will not be sent out first. They will be shipped when the pre-ordered item arrives at our warehouse. To receive in-stock items first, please checkout through a separate order.

Some products may be listed as "Pre-Order" in the title, with an estimated arrival period specified on the product page. Occasionally, uncontrollable factors may cause shipment delays. If this occurs, customers will be informed. Customers may cancel pre-ordered items at any time and receive a full refund.

PRICING

At times, QC Bathroom will run promotions and sales on specific items. These discounts are only valid for a limited time. Once a promotion ends, we cannot offer compensation for pricing adjustments.

At QC Bathroom, we are committed to offering you the best prices on our bathware products. If you find the same identical product at a lower price elsewhere, we will beat that price by 5%!

Conditions:

  • The competitor's price must be a basic sale price (excludes clearance and showroom-stock prices)
  • The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications
  • Proof of the competitor’s price must be provided
  • The price match must be requested before purchase

On-Site Requirement: A recipient must be on-site to accept the delivery. Goods will be delivered to the ground floor of the site only.

Safety Precautions: For safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to bring products inside the property.

Re-Delivery Fees: If no one is on-site to receive the order, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. We are not liable for damages reported after this period.

Change of Mind

We offer risk-free shopping with a 7-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery. However, fees apply:

  • Initial delivery cost
  • Return delivery cost
  • 20% restocking fee

Once returned, items will be inspected (3-5 business days). If approved, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Original Amount - Applicable Refund Fees = Refund Issued

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Once returned, we will inspect the item (3-5 business days).

EXCHANGES (Melbourne)

If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Fees Apply:

  • Delivery cost for new product
  • 20% restocking fee for previous product

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Since orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests should be made within 24-48 hours after checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
