Safety Precautions: For safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to bring products inside the property.

Re-Delivery Fees: If no one is on-site to receive the order, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. We are not liable for damages reported after this period.

Large Items: Some larger items may require a helping hand to assist with unloading upon arrival.
