Return policy

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Tiles
  • Bespoke items such as vanities, shower screens, and stone tops

To process your return, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required—no exceptions.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by QC Bathroom
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank statement again.
  2. Contact your bank, as refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [your email address].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance and sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at shopqcbathroom@gmail.com

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

Cost of returning orders are at the cost of the purchaser.
